    Sillon reads your Discogs orders — the records, the buyer, and the shipping method they picked. Nothing to retype.

    You note the parcel

    Carrier, tracking number, dispatch date, and photos of the parcel before you seal it. The number sitting in your Discogs messages is filled in for you.

What Sillon doesn't do

No inventory, no repricing, no dashboard of your sales. Discogs already does all of that. Sillon only handles what happens between the sale and the letterbox — plus your DAC7 summary at the end of the year, the figures European marketplaces report about you, worked out from what you actually took in.

Card payment, collected by Polar, who invoices you and remits the VAT for your country. You will need a Discogs seller account to sign in afterwards.

Questions

Does Sillon manage my inventory or my prices?
No. Discogs already does that, and does it better. Sillon starts once a record is sold and stops once the parcel is in the post.
What does my buyer actually see?
A single page listing the records on their way, the carrier and a clickable tracking number, the dispatch date, and the photos you took of the parcel. It opens in a browser with no account and no app.
Does that page show my buyer's name or address?
No. It carries no identity at all — only the records, the tracking and the photos. Its address holds a random identifier that cannot be guessed, and search engines are told not to index it.
If I cancel, do the links I already sent stop working?
No. Summary pages already published stay online for your buyers, including after your subscription ends. A shipment you have announced does not disappear because you stopped paying.
How do I cancel?
From the Polar customer portal, reachable from the application, in one click and without giving a reason. There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
What if it doesn't suit me?
If you subscribe as a consumer, you can withdraw within fourteen days, without giving a reason. You pay only for the days you had access; the rest is refunded. The details are in the terms, section 5.
What is the DAC7 summary?
DAC7 is the European rule under which marketplaces report what their sellers took in. Sillon works the same figures out from your own sales, so you can check the ones reported about you.
Do I need a Discogs seller account?
Yes. Sillon reads your orders through Discogs with an authorisation you grant it, and that you can revoke at any time from your Discogs account settings.
